PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project encompasses designing, supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning creative illumination and attractive elements at Theme Road, Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh. It includes a total of 326 two-sided decorative 1×1 Mtr. motif designs on streetlight poles, 23 two-sided gantries with 18 Mtr. long decorative motif designs, five illuminated selfie points with historical figures, and an illuminated palm park featuring 247 illuminated palm trees, each standing 10 feet tall with a 15’ statue of ‘Shrimant Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia’. Additionally, the project includes the installation of an 80kW solar plant in the palm park, contributing to green energy initiatives. The project aims to enhance the visual appeal and provide a unique, engaging experience for residents and visitors alike.
WHAT DID THE CLIENT WANT TO ACHIEVE?
The client sought to transform Theme Road into a visually appealing, interactive public space. The goal was to create a vibrant and attractive environment that promotes community engagement and tourism. The illuminated motifs, gantries, and selfie points were designed to provide a modern aesthetic, while the illuminated palm park aimed to offer a distinctive landmark for the area.
SCOPE OF WORK YOUR COMPANY WAS INVOLVED IN
Our company was responsible for the complete design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the creative illumination elements. This included 326 two-sided decorative 1×1 Mtr. motif designs on streetlight poles, 23 two-sided gantries with 18 Mtr. Long decorative motif designs, five illuminated selfie points, and an illuminated palm park with 247 illuminated palm trees with 15’ Statue of “Shrimant Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia” and 85kW of Solar Park for Green Energy Initiative. Additionally, we are providing a three-year operation and maintenance service to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of the installations.
WHAT KEY CHALLENGES WERE FACED?
The key challenges included excavation throughout the 13.2 KM road, manufacturing and installation of a large number of decorative elements within a scheduled timeline, ensuring the durability and weather resistance of the installations, and maintaining consistent illumination and aesthetic appeal across more than 950 decorative elements. The project had to be completed within four months, including the rainy season, which added to the complexity. During the project’s execution, it was decided to construct Palm Park with all civil works and services within one month, which was a very short timeline.
HOW WERE THOSE CHALLENGES RESOLVED?
We resolved these challenges through meticulous planning and coordination. Our team conducted thorough site assessments and developed a phased execution plan to efficiently manage the excavation and installation processes. We collaborated closely with manufacturers to expedite the production of decorative elements while ensuring they met our high durability and weather resistance standards. We used advanced lighting control systems and conducted regular quality checks to maintain consistent illumination. Despite the rainy season, our team worked extended hours and utilized protective measures to keep the project on track and ensure timely completion.

Our work has significantly enhanced the visual appeal of Theme Road, making it a landmark in Shivpuri. The illuminated motifs and palm park have become attractions, drawing both locals and tourists, which in turn has boosted community engagement and local business. The project’s successful completion and ongoing maintenance have ensured that the installations remain in excellent condition, providing lasting value to the client.

We are most proud of executing theme-based decorative elements on the longest road and installing the highest number of illuminated palm trees at a single location in the palm park in India. Additionally, we take great pride in our project’s transformative impact on Theem Road. The illuminated palm park and decorative motifs have significantly enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the area, creating a vibrant space that promotes social interaction and community pride.
